The song 'unstoppable' was featured for over a week on the mainpage of www.ultimate-guitar.com !!

Thanks to that the song has been pumping on people's stereo all across the globe for almost a 1000 times now. That's more then any other song on my dmusic site.

My songs also conquered the entire daily metal listens top 4 for almost a week.

Thank you all for listening and showing attention to my music. Gimme a hug!

Nasty Funk sample, tell me what you think

I recently joined a pop/rock formation, there's this song thats funk influnced and it got me thinking. I've been experimenting with funky licks for a while now and realized how awsome the cleans from my ibanez sound, in combination with my v-amp that is. I'm currently working on a reggea kinda song, which is really fun actually, cos there's just such a strong contrast with metal. I guess im in for anything, wheter is acoustic folk, pop music, reggea, or heavy metal, i like it all. Anyway, i downloaded thousands of high quality loops from different music genres off the web today. They're great for making high-quality backings so thats good..dunno when it's finished, i've got a busy schedule but i figure i should be able to have it finished by tuesday. Ah well, keep it touch..

PS: do people read this? lol

Im currently recording some acoustic songs with my friend liz. We should have another 2 up in a couple of days, it seems that the vocals are finally recorded so i can start mixing :) (Smile)

Had a lot of good feedback about love song for no one, thank you for that.

Also recorded a new metal song called irresolution, gotta love that song, rhythm parts are best ive done so far imo, the solo's could be better but ive kinda lost some feel and speed in my hands cos i havent been playing that much lately because of my illness, but im practicing again..

Irresolute had very positive feedback though :) (Smile)

Changes in my life mean inspiration for new music. I've changed style, i think i might be heading metal with this. I recorded two new songs in 3 days. If i keep this up, i might finish an entire album in a few weeks. But that's only food for thought cos when my life stands still, the music stops. And i might not record a single second of guitar music for weeks. But it looks good for now, i seem to nail my thoughts in music perfectly. I had lots of positive feedback on 'screw it'. Also questions about the title, it was basically just my literal response to my brothers critique about the bad titling of my songs. Screw him. To do him a favour, i called the second song "we are all going to fucking die (teehee)". It basically reflects the irony i see every day, thus giving a kickass song a crappy name. Well yeah, i'm proud of my work, sometimes.
